Alanna Spees grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a bachelor's degree in Molecular biology, and went on to receive her PhD from the University of California, Davis in Immunology. After moving to the Grand Valley in 2014, she taught microbiology at Colorado Mesa University, but COVID times pulled her home where she was able to spend more time with her family, small farm, 50 chickens and one very-needy Great Pyrenees puppy. From a young age, Alanna had a natural curiosity for finance and real estate. At 22, Alanna bought her first home in Boulder County and began seeking out mentorship for real estate investing shortly thereafter. In 2014 and 2019, she helped found and build two successful real estate investment companies that, at the peak, owned over 40+ properties. She has coached entrepreneurs and investors in building corporate structures based on real estate investing. Alanna has a vision founded on one simple mission: have a positive financial influence on as many people as possible. For Alanna, real estate is the keystone of helping to build financial wealth and stability, not to mention creating a safe haven for individuals and families. She believes that everyone should have access to the basic human right of a safe place to live, education, and the support needed to make that happen. Her life-long passion is with building a financial group that helps educate and empower women to develop personalized financial strategy and growth. Licensed since 2018, Alanna is an active, full-time member of our real estate professional community.
